I had to fudge on my FB fast yesterday in order to wish two siblings a happy birthday. Sadly, I had no current phone numbers or email for either my sister or my brother. But that's the way my family rolls. Also, my other sister (one that I do have a phone number for and talk to quite often) really needed some contact information for an old friend. She had been feeling impressed to contact this lady, but didn't know how. I got on FB, found the woman's daughter and sent her a message. I got what my sister needed, sent those quick B-day wishes and got back off. I did not look at my wall. I did not read any statuses (stati?). I sent messages only. I felt like it was a tiny fudge for the greater good. Which is what I am advising you to do. Message only, you hear?! But do it.
